The AIOps Foundation course introduces participants to the fundamental concepts, technologies, and practices of Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps). Developed by the DevOps® Institute and managed under PeopleCert, this course provides a structured learning path for understanding how AI and machine learning can enhance IT operations, improve service reliability, and drive smarter automation.

Participants will explore the history and evolution of AIOps, its distinction from traditional IT Operations Analytics (ITOA), and its growing role in digital transformation.
