Receive Documents from MASET
You will receive the following documents via email:

✓ Guidelines & Instructions

Apply in Yayasan Peneraju Portal
Visit peneraju.org and submit your application using the documents received from MASET.
Action Required: Upload all required documents in the portal
Status: PENDING

Application Review
Yayasan Peneraju will review your application. Monitor your status in the portal.
Status: REVIEW

Application Approval
If approved, your status will change to APPROVED. If rejected, you may need to resubmit documents.
Status: APPROVED
Note: If status shows "REJECTED", check for incomplete documents and reupload.

Document Signing
Sign the required documents (LO & EFSA) in the portal. Yayasan Peneraju will verify and stamp the documents.
Status: SIGNED
Note: Please refer to the Yayasan Peneraju Guideline, page 42.

Acceptance Confirmation
Once documents are verified and stamped, your status will change to ACCEPTED.
Status: ACCEPTED

Active Recipient Status
You will receive a GREEN TAG indicating "TALENT - ACTIVE RECIPIENTS" status in the portal.

Submit Claim
Submit your claim using the invoice received from MASET in the Yayasan Peneraju Portal.

Receive Claim Approval Email
You will receive an email notification from Yayasan Peneraju confirming your claim approval.
Claim Approved

Receive Funds from Yayasan Peneraju
Funds will be transferred to your account as per the approved claim amount.

Make Payment to MASET
Make payment to MASET using the invoice and payment details provided.
Action Required: Complete payment and keep receipt

Upload Payment Receipt
Upload the payment receipt in the Yayasan Peneraju Portal to confirm payment.
Action Required: Upload receipt in portal

Receive Official Receipt from MASET
MASET will issue an official receipt after payment confirmation.

Upload Official Receipt & Complete
Upload the official receipt from MASET in the Yayasan Peneraju Portal. Your status will show as COMPLETE.
Status: COMPLETE
